Different modalities of bodywork such as Tui Na and reflexology are also available. True Health is one of the only treatment centers in the area to offer Far Infrared Sauna and lamp treatments in the 4-14 micron wavelengths as a means of losing weight, detoxifying, and of addressing many other health concerns.
We are conveniently located on Main Street in Waltham, in the Bear Hill area. We have free, convenient parking. Appointments are appreciated but are not required.
